Designing For “Difficult” Sites
The mountains can offer challenging sites, but we see “problems” as opportunities! See how we designed this house to span over a ravine on a steep site outside of Boulder, Colorado with our Linden Drive House.

Why the name?
Its so hard to get little kids to tell you about their day. Over dinner, we started to play “high, low, buffalo.” They share their "high" moment, "low" moment and then their "buffalo" moment which is when something interesting, surprising or unique happened.
Our company navigates the highs and lows of life, but joyfully seeks out and celebrates the “buffalo” moments and aspects of life, specifically within architecture. Learn More.
